The Styrian vineyard country can be divided into three areas, each of which produces typical varieties depending on structure, soil and climatic conditions. There are many varieties that are grown in different places and have distinctive characteristics owing to the soil and location where they are grown. This gives Styrian wines their great variety and makes the choices they offer so attractive.
